User Data Deletion Instructions

Pointerflow LLC ("KlyoChat", "we", "our", or "us") lets businesses manage conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and other channels. When you connect an account or message a business that uses KlyoChat, we may store data such as your name, profile ID, phone number, email, and message history.

You can request deletion of this data at any time. This page explains how, in line with the Facebook Platform requirement for a Data Deletion Instructions URL.

1. What gets deleted

  • Profile information (name, profile/page ID, avatar)
  • Contact details (phone number, email address)
  • Message and conversation history tied to your identity
  • Tags, notes, and audience attributes linked to your contact
  • Access tokens issued by Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp for the connection

2. Option A — Email request

Send an email to support@klyochat.com from the email address or with the phone number associated with your account. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which platform you used (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook). We verify and process every request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

3. Option B — In-app deletion (account holders)

If you have a KlyoChat account, open Settings → Privacy → Delete my data. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

4. Removing KlyoChat from Facebook

You can also disconnect KlyoChat directly from Facebook, which revokes our access:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find and remove KlyoChat from the list.

Removing the app stops future data collection. To also erase data already stored, follow Option A or Option B above.

5. Data retention

After a verified request, we delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention) or in anonymized form that cannot identify you.
